Below are several questions that have come up in doing business, if you don't see one of  the questions that you have, please contact us, and we will get the answer for you.
Shipping: Current shipping is averaging 10-14 business day (mon-fri). Our orders are all
currently shipped USPS, unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges will be calculated
at the time your order is processed and shipped. We will use the Standard shipping boxes
(one size, one price ) anytime that works out the best.
Returns: We are a small business, and we do not issue cash refunds.  However, we will gladly exchange the product or issue an acct credit (towards future purchases).
Damaged items: If a item arrives damaged, you need to report that to us in 3 working days. All claims must be filed with the delivery carrier. Please keep ALL original packaging for a claim inspection.
What Methods of Payment do we have? We accept: MC, Visa, Discover, American X,Money orders, and cashiers checks. We do not accept Personal or Company Checks, or COD.
Shipping Area: We ship anywhere in the United States, and currently we're not shipping
Internationally.
Privacy Policy: All personal info and /or email addresses that you give us, are not given,sold, or shared with any third party.

Rainy's Soy Candles are proud of the quality that goes into each one of our products.Safety instructions are on each item.We will not be responsible for injuries,damage or losses of any kind if the safety info isn't followed.Never leave the candles unattended. In no event will we be liable for any direct,indirect, punitive, incidental,exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever,including loss of income,or revenue, or damages due to misuse of our products.
